HOUSE RULES ART BELOW ZERO – 4PM WINTER BV
In case of doubt or discussion, the organization will make the final decision.
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event premises, the visitor agrees to the house rules stated below. 4PM WINTER (hereinafter ART BELOW ZERO) reserves the right to revise these house rules. The General Terms and Conditions of 4PM WINTER tickets apply to these house rules. Violation of the house rules may result in denial of access to the event premises without a refund.
- Own Risk and Liability
Entering the premises and attending the event is entirely at the visitor’s own risk. Art Below Zero accepts no liability for any damages incurred by entering the location or attending the event, such as hearing, visual, or other physical impairments. Art Below Zero is not liable for damage to or loss of visitors’ belongings or their physical condition. - Ticket and Entry
Access to the event is granted only upon presenting a valid ticket for the date and time selected. Visitors may enter the exhibition up to 15 minutes before or after their scheduled start time. Art Below Zero reserves the right to deny access to the event at any time. - Minimum Age
There is no minimum age for visiting Art Below Zero. However, children aged 12 and under must always be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or older. - Identification Requirement
Throughout the event, an identification requirement is in effect. Visitors must be able to present a valid ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, or ID card. - Catering
Visitors under 18 years of age are not allowed to purchase or consume alcohol. Visitors aged 18 and over may not pass alcohol to minors. It is mandatory to show ID upon request by bar staff or security. - Smoking
This event is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited on the premises and around the entrances of Art Below Zero. - Photography, Video, and Audio Recording
Taking photos with a mobile phone or camera without flash is allowed. Large equipment such as tripods is not permitted. Visual and audio recordings may only be made for private use. Art Below Zero reserves the right to record visitors on both image and sound at the event location. These recordings may be used by the organization without any obligation to provide compensation (monetary or otherwise) to the respective visitors. - Inappropriate Behavior
Art Below Zero strives to provide a pleasant and safe environment for the event. Discrimination, harassment, aggression, vandalism, nuisance, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated. Offenders may be removed from the premises without a refund and may be handed over to the police. - Commercial Activities
It is prohibited to sell goods, distribute flyers, or hand out samples on the Art Below Zero premises without permission from the organization. - (Access) Control and Search
Upon entering the premises, personal belongings may be checked for prohibited items. Refusal to comply with this check may result in denial of access to the premises without a refund. - Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed at Art Below Zero:
- Alcohol (except water in plastic bottles of up to 0.5 liters without a cap)
- Drugs and other mind-altering substances
- Weapons, fireworks, or other dangerous items
- Large cameras or recording equipment (except mobile phones and DSLR cameras without flash)
- Umbrellas, selfie sticks, flagpoles, banners larger than A4 size
- Pets (except for service dogs)
- (Folding) chairs and stools
- Medicines
Medicines and food for allergies or illness may only be brought in with a medical passport. This passport is available for free at the pharmacy, but please allow for an application period of approximately three weeks. - Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises of Art Below Zero, except for service dogs. - Walking Route and Nature Conservation
Visitors must not leave designated routes to avoid disturbance. The organization reserves the right to take measures in case of behavior that may disturb health, safety, or public order. - Changes to Policy
Art Below Zero reserves the right to modify the house rules at any time. In case of doubt or discussion, the organization will make the final decision.
